How to order

  1. Add your piecesTap Add on anything you like. Your order stays at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Send it on WhatsAppOne tap opens WhatsApp with your order written out. Add your name and address and press send.
  3. Pay by UPIWe confirm stock and you pay to our UPI ID, shown in your order. On Cash on Delivery orders you pay a small advance now and the rest at your door. We dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Policy 01

Orders & Payment

Pay in full by UPI, or choose Cash on Delivery on orders of ₹599 and above. Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment, which keeps our small batches fair for everyone.

With Cash on Delivery you pay a ₹99 advance by UPI before we ship, and the rest in cash when it arrives. A ₹50 COD fee is added to the bill, and the advance comes off what you pay at the door. If a COD parcel is refused at delivery, the ₹99 advance is not refunded, because it covers the courier.

Policy 02

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 carry a small shipping charge, which we confirm on WhatsApp before you pay.

We dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirmation by DTDC courier, and send your tracking number on WhatsApp. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days in Delhi NCR and 3–7 days elsewhere in India.

Policy 03

If something arrives damaged

Every piece is checked before it is packed, but if something does arrive damaged or defective, we will make it right.

  • Please record a short unboxing video, from opening the courier packet to the piece. It is the one thing we need to refund you quickly.
  • Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the video.
  • Valid claims get a full refund of the piece.

Policy 04

Exchanges

Because every design comes in a small batch, we are not able to offer exchanges. Before you order, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will happily send extra photos or a video of any piece, so you know exactly what you are getting.

Policy 05

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Tell us before we ship and we will do our best to cancel it. Once the parcel is on its way, we cannot cancel the order.

Policy 06

Limited Batches

Our pieces come in small, limited batches. Once a design sells out, it may not come back. If you love it, do not wait too long.

Policy 07

A Small Note

Colours may look slightly different because of photo lighting and screen settings. If you are unsure about a shade, ask us for a daylight photo before you order.
